Roller Crusher
Equipment for suitable coal, limestone and other comparatively low-abrasion materials requiring a controlled product. Final model and configuration are confirmed from feed, required output, material properties and site conditions.

Built around the crushing duty
Roller Crusher is considered as part of the complete process, including controlled feed, discharge transfer, screening and maintenance access. The catalog ranges above describe the product family; actual operating capacity depends on model, material and circuit design.
Suitable duty
Suitable coal, limestone and other comparatively low-abrasion materials requiring a controlled product.
Process position
Controlled fine reduction, coordinated with upstream feeding and downstream screening or conveying.
Engineering focus
roll surface, gap adjustment, feed distribution, wear resistance and overload protection.

How the equipment works
Two counter-rotating rolls draw material into an adjustable gap and compress it to the required discharge size.
Roll crushing works best with even feed distribution and a gap set for the requested product size.
Information required before model confirmation
Please provide the material name and hardness, maximum feed size and gradation, desired capacity, target discharge size, operating hours and installation conditions. Our engineering team will review wear parts, motor power and the surrounding process before proposing a configuration.
Common selection questions
Can it process hard abrasive rock?
Material hardness and abrasion must be checked before selection. Other crusher types may be more suitable for highly abrasive ore.
What feed details are needed?
Share material properties, maximum feed size, moisture, target particle size and required capacity.
How is the product size controlled?
Roll gap and feed behavior affect the result. Confirm the target grading against the selected model and any downstream screening.
